- Client Data and Analytics solutions (DAS) department is seeking for highly motivated and tech-savvy entry-level Data analytics engineer to join our analytics team. - Reporting to the Senior Manager – Data Analytics within the Enterprise Data organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and uncover trends, develop transformation logic, and craft compelling data stories that make raw data meaningful and actionable. What you'll be doing:
- Data Democratization related activities to drive data drivel decision making culture at client location
- Develop and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps
- Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools
- Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams
- Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiatives
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats
- Perform data profiling and recommend quality rules to enhance trust and usability
- Ensure consistency in data processes and champion best practices in data analytics
- Document processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiatives
Requirements:
Qualifications/ What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience. In total 10+ Years of experience.
- 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
- 7-8 years of experience in some of these technologies:
- Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME
- 5-6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure
