Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data & Analytics Enablement Program Manager in Edison, NJ. Summary: We are seeking a Data & Analytics Enablement Program Manager to support adoption of enterprise reporting and analytics tools. This role focuses on training, documentation, and user enablement, helping business stakeholders confidently leverage self-service reporting solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for reporting and analytics tools
  • Create user guides, playbooks, onboarding materials, and other enablement resources
  • Provide one-on-one and group training to end users
  • Partner with business and analytics teams to establish reporting best practices
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating reporting concepts into practical guidance
  • Support reporting governance, access management, and documentation initiatives
  • Continuously improve training materials based on user feedback and adoption trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, training, or enablement
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience with enterprise reporting and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Epic reporting tools, or similar)
  • Experience with self-service analytics programs and reporting governance
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and data warehouse platforms
  • Strong curriculum development, documentation, and training delivery skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
