Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data & Analytics Enablement Program Manager in Edison, NJ.

Summary: We are seeking a Data & Analytics Enablement Program Manager to support adoption of enterprise reporting and analytics tools. This role focuses on training, documentation, and user enablement, helping business stakeholders confidently leverage self-service reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for reporting and analytics tools
• Create user guides, playbooks, onboarding materials, and other enablement resources
• Provide one-on-one and group training to end users
• Partner with business and analytics teams to establish reporting best practices
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating reporting concepts into practical guidance
• Support reporting governance, access management, and documentation initiatives
• Continuously improve training materials based on user feedback and adoption trends
