BayCare is currently in search of our newest Data Analyst Sr who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare's top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.

Position Details

Location Tampa, FL - Hybrid

Status Full Time - Exempt

Shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)

Days Monday - Friday

The Data Analyst Sr is responsible for Designs, develops, implements, and supports analytics and reporting to meet the data decision needs.

Utilizes multiple databases and systems to develop interactive dashboards; analyzes and reports innovative representations of data by using business intelligence related technology.

Creates and maintains up-to-date analytic plans and specifications for all analyses.

Analyzes report content and consolidates/transforms data into interactive dashboards.

Comfortable to work with large data sets, transform data into dashboards, and interpret data to solve complex problems.

Required Education and Experience Bachelors - Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or related and 2 years Data Analysis, Database Management or Computer related.

OR

Associates - Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or related and 4 years Data Analysis, Database Management or Computer related.

OR

High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED) and 7 years Data Analysis, Database Management or Computer related.
