We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the United States.

As a Data Analyst at Paydex Technologies, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that will help drive business decisions. You will work closely with our team of developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems
• Identify trends and patterns in data to help drive business decisions
• Create reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements
• Develop and implement data collection and analysis processes
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
