The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and with support of Questrom''s Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office (GAFAO), the Data Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and conduct data analysis projects that will support Admissions and University goals. The Data Analyst will provide support to key projects through data collection, computational support, and data interpretation and reporting, and will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures to systematize that data reporting process. Ideal candidates will be curious, and will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical skills to develop reports used in key Admissions decisions.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 3-5 years analytics experience (or Masters plus 1-3 years) Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query) Experience building dashboards and visualizations for leadership Preferences: CRM familiarity, Slate experience (preferred) Experience with PowerBi Python or R for data cleaning and modeling.
