Job Description:
Typical day in the life for this role:
- Hands on coding skills, partner who is versed on the tech side, automates systems, general dashboarding, helps with data pipelines, A.I. would be a plus, workfront experience, M360, Tableau exp, Python exp a plus and etc.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation workflows using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Fusion, and API integrations to streamline creative operations.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (or similar tools) to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for creative and marketing stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand creative and marketing goals, and translate those into technical solutions that drive efficiency and insight.
- Integrate external data sources (e.g., social, behavioral, performance) to generate predictive trends that inform campaign planning and creative strategy.
- Support experimentation with Agentic AI and LLM-based tools to enhance creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend tools that can be rapidly deployed to support marketing agility.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Fusion).
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau data visualizations.
- Experience automating data workflows.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating disparate data sources.
- Familiarity with creative operations models and marketing execution environments.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate creative needs into technical solutions.
