Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze quality, complaint, and post-market surveillance data to identify trends, signals, and product performance insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management review metrics.
• Lead data analytics projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, data validation, audits, and reporting improvements.
• Recommend process and reporting optimizations to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years in data analytics, reporting, and problem solving.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
