2–5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or data admin
Experience with SAP or similar systems
Good communication & stakeholder handling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail

What You’ll Do:
Create and manage invoices (customer & non-customer accounts)
Work on data updates, uploads, and corrections
Support SAP tasks like PO generation
Track past due invoices and billing records
Assist with pricing and draft invoices
Help onboard new contracts and maintain records
Work with internal teams and clients to improve processes
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge
MS Excel / Microsoft Office skills
