Title: Data Analyst III

Location: Remote, USA

Duration: 4 months, possibility extension

Pay: $85/hr. on W2

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

3-5+ years of SQL experience (Hive, Presto, MySQL, or similar) - including building and maintaining data pipelines/tables

Experience manipulating large - scale datasets is a must

Big tech experience

Good to have skills:

BA or BS degree preferred

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud

AI experience is preferred

Python, data pipelining experience

Former meta is ideal

Story Behind the Need - Business Group & Key Projects: The Data Analyst will own the end-to-end data foundation that powers campaign targeting, activation, and measurement across Scaled Partnerships programs. This includes building scalable data sets, developing campaign-ready

audiences, standing up tracking infrastructure, and ensuring the partner management team has the data they need to launch and iterate on outreach programs efficiently.

Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition: This role sits within the Scaled Partnerships Analytics team, focused on building the data infrastructure and pipelines needed to launch campaigns that enable scaled outreach - directly driving Meta Family of Apps (FOA) success.

Typical Day in the Role:

Campaign Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain the data pipelines, tables, and audience sets that power campaign targeting and activation for Scaled Partnerships programs

Audience Development: Develop scalable, campaign-ready creator audiences based on eligibility criteria, product adoption signals, and program-specific segmentation logic

Tracking & Measurement Infra: Stand up and iterate on the tracking infrastructure needed to measure campaign performance - including attribution, pacing, and conversion tracking

Launch Enablement: Partner with the campaign operations team to ensure data readiness for each campaign launch; own the data QA and validation process pre-launch

Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop dashboards and automated reporting to provide visibility into campaign performance, outreach coverage, and program health

Data Quality & Governance: Own data quality across campaign-related datasets - surface issues proactively, drive resolution, and maintain documentation on data definitions and logic

XFN Collaboration: Serve as the analytics POC for Partner Management, Data Foundations, and Operations teams - translating program needs into data requirements and vice versa

This role sits within the Scaled Partnerships Analytics team, focused on building the data infrastructure and pipelines needed to launch campaigns that enable scaled outreach - directly driving Meta Family of Apps (FOA) success.
