Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Hybrid; Contract Duration: 08/10/2026 12/31/2026)

Overview of the Job

The Data Analyst III (Power BI Developer) is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-impact Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models to support business leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing. Working in a fast-paced hybrid environment, this role builds proof-of-concept solutions, executes ETL processes, models data using star schema structures and DAX, and delivers intuitive UI/UX visualizations that translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Job Specifications

Primary Responsibilities

" Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using visualization best practices and strong UI/UX principles.

" Support ETL workflows by preparing, cleaning, and transforming data from diverse sources, including Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SharePoint, and Quickbase.

" Build and manage BI semantic models using a star schema design, establishing database relationships, hierarchies, calculated columns, and complex DAX measures.

" Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quick-win analytics solutions and proof-of-concept prototypes.

" Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy, performance, consistency, and alignment with KPI definitions.

" Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data accuracy or visualization issues in partnership with peer teams.

" Publish, manage, and maintain content across Power BI workspaces and deployment environments.

" Create comprehensive documentation covering data sources, semantic models, reports, KPI calculations, business logic, and end-user guides.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

" BI & Data Tools : Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Tableau, Quickbase, Alteryx, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

" Data Modeling & Querying : Strong knowledge of complex data modeling concepts, star schema design, advanced DAX formulas, and basic SQL querying skills.

" Mastery of UI/UX standards and visualization best practices for executive dashboards.

" Detail-oriented problem solver with strong proactive troubleshooting and analytical skills.

" Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with business users and stakeholders across all organizational levels.

" Openness to feedback and eagerness to continuously learn within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

" Prior experience within Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing domains, including knowledge of core Supply Chain concepts.

" Coursework, internships, or academic projects related to Change Management.

Education and Experience

" 3 5 years of progressive experience in Power BI development or related data analytics roles required.

" Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
