In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics and Power BI development to support business leaders, enhance decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI semantic models using DAX measures and calculated columns.
- Create impactful BI reports and dashboards with meaningful visuals.
- Support ETL efforts by preparing, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data or visualization issues.
- Publish and manage content across BI workspaces and environments.
- Document data sources, models, reports, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development or similar analytics work.
- Proficiency in Excel, Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferences:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.
- Exposure to change management through courses, internships, or academic projects.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours per week). This position requires on-site presence in East Hanover, NJ.
