Job Title: Data Analyst III
Job Location: Columbia, SC
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate Range: $35.00 – 40.00/Hr. on W2
Interviews: 1st - Microsoft Teams & 2nd - In Person

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field.

Degree Equivalency: 2-year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 2 years of reporting and data analysis work experience OR 4 years reporting and data analysis experience.

Required Work Experience: 4 Years Research and analysis experience.

Required Technologies: Excel & Power BI

• Assisting customers (I/S employees) with ad hoc analysis and recurring work related primarily to work planning and resource allocation
• Using an internal tool (MPS) in conjunction with the backend database (SQL Server) through Access, Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Utilizing a consultative mindset to help customers reach intended outcomes
• Driving process schedules and process improvements
• Sustaining the high level of quality expected of the department
• Able to understand the data at the lowest level
• Able to talk to the story and summarize for an executive audience
• Position is more people oriented than technical
