-What does a typical day look like?
Analyzing compliance data, identifying trends, performing statistical analysis, creating adhoc reports and dashboards
-Preferred background/prior work experience?

At least 5 years relevant experience required. Responsibilities include: conducting detailed analysis of compliance data to assess performance and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across departments or business units.
Developing, managing, and delivering ad hoc and regular compliance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Generating regular and customized reports that provide leadership with insights into the current state of compliance.
Analyzing large sets of compliance related data to provide meaningful, statistically sound and actionable insights that help inform leadership decision making.
Translating complex data into simple, understandable narratives that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
Presenting data insights in a way that supports strategic initiatives, and drives operational decisions.
