Job Overview:
The Data Analyst II will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, as well as a passion for uncovering insights that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing clear and concise analysis.
- Document processes and methodologies for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
