The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Data Analyst I  / Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Longview, WA. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate : $21.72 Hourly - HYBRID

Title : Junior level data analyst
Duration : 12 months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Location: 300 Fibre Way- Longview, WA

HYBRID: Tuesday is our core day--the team is expected to be onsite Monday through Wednesday. Thursdays and Fridays may be remote if the worker chooses

Core Responsibilities

  • Junior level data analyst with good excel

Key responsibilities include:
- Finding and fixing inaccurate or incomplete data, often through internet research or using resources provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
- Sorting MRO items into different categories.
- Checking if MRO items already exist in our system, then updating data or making new records as needed.
- Using our tool "Integrity" to add new items, update items, and make changes.
- Meeting goals set by the Project Manager.

Deliverables:
- Up-to-date and accurate data in place of incorrect or missing information.
- Correct categorization of MRO items, and important details added.
- Data from old records included in our item details.
- Relevant extra data added to new and updated items.
- Items needing more research identified and noted.
- Weekly/monthly goals met as set by the Project Manager.
