Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: We are seeking a senior-level Data Analyst to support customer-data and operational analytics initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise Digital Operations environment. This role will focus heavily on SQL-based analysis, source-system troubleshooting, dashboard/reporting support, and large-scale documentation and knowledge organization efforts. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Support, and Data teams. A major focus of this role will be helping centralize and improve documentation, business definitions, dashboard inventory, and reporting logic to support both operational efficiency and future AI-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries across enterprise data environments
  • Analyze and validate customer and operational data across multiple source systems
  • Support operational reporting, dashboarding, and ad hoc analytical requests
  • Help organize and centralize fragmented documentation and reporting assets
  • Catalog dashboards, reporting logic, and data definitions
  • Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to document processes and business logic
  • Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for customer-data-related issues
  • Translate technical findings into clear business context and documentation
  • Assist with operational analysis, roadmap discovery, and reporting initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs, and complex query development
  • Experience working within enterprise data environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Experience supporting documentation, knowledge management, or data organization initiatives
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, or operational analytics
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Tableau or dashboard visualization experience
  • Telecom, customer operations, or customer-data experience
  • Data governance, source-to-target mapping, or data lineage experience
  • Web analytics, IVR analytics, or Adobe Analytics exposure
  • Experience supporting AI-assisted documentation or analytics workflows
  • Network telemetry or performance data exposure

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
