Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with performance in computer science, information systems engineering, business or a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of technical experience in IT infrastructure (or related) functions.
  • Highly proficient in infrastructure requirement gathering and documentation
  • Technical proficient in mid- tier platforms Linux/Unix/windows/VMware)
  • Ability to understand and interpret large/complex delivery contracts.
  • Understand and measure service level agreements.
  • Ability to gather/report/analyze infrastructure related performance / Availability data and statistics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualification
  • Working Service now, SAMpro, Flexera experience.
  • Excel, Power BI and SharePoint experience.
  • Strong report writing and data analytic skills.
  • Strong personal organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in groups or autonomously
