We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business strategy and operations.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in forecasting and predictive modeling.
Assist in the design and maintenance of data systems and databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical modeling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
