Skills Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or data management.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift), Python (Pandas, NumPy), Tableau for visualization, Git / Bitbucket for version control, JIRA / Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Advanced SQL expertise for querying and optimizing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and feature engineering.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for visualization and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, MDM, and lineage.
- Proven ability to identify and scope data use cases and convert insights into recommendations.
- Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Hadoop/Spark environments.
- Familiarity with data catalog/governance tools (Collibra, Alation).
- Exposure to D&B data hierarchy or similar reference data systems.
