Duration: 12-24 months / contract to hire

Pay Rate:  $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

I am looking for a high-impact CMMS / Data Administrator to join our Sterling team - we offer full benefits and we are an ESOP company!

In this role you will support a GMP manufacturing site in Indianapolis, IN, and this is NOT your typical admin job. This is for someone who wants to step in and OWN the system, not just use it.

What makes this stand out:
  • Greenfield site → help build and structure CMMS from the ground up
  • High-level system access → you control data integrity + system standards
  • Heavy involvement in audit readiness, CAPA support, and GMP compliance
  • Work directly with Maintenance, Quality, and Global Data teams
  • Clear path toward Data Analyst / Systems Lead / Reliability roles

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong experience with Maximo (or similar CMMS)
  • Background in GMP / regulated environments (pharma, biotech, food, etc.)
  • Someone who understands data integrity, audit support, and system structure
  • Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, cleanup, reporting)
  • SQL querying
  • SAP PM, SQL tools, or system migration experience are preferred
This is a system owner + data governance role in a startup manufacturing environment.
