Part Time Customer Service Associates needed for The Thing Dairy Queen. We offer discounts and a benefits package. RV spot with free hookups available. The Thing Dairy Queen is located just outside Dragoon on I-10 Exit 322.
Responsibilities -----------------
• Greet all customers and employees in a courteous and friendly manner. • Learn and practice all training materials and all job requirements of a facility. • Stand for the duration of your shift or as required by the position. Employees cannot sit down on the job. • Lift up to 50 lbs. or whatever is necessary to complete the task at hand. • Accurately follow instructions. • Ensure that cash register procedures are followed properly all the time. • Learn and perform all duties pertaining to opening and closing duties - this is expected of all employees not just management. • Complete all tasks associated with stocking and merchandising of a DQ retail operation. • Inventory Control Duties as needed. • Empty trashcans and sweep parking lot. • Effectively and professionally verbally communicate with customers and operation personnel. • Make it to work promptly and consistently with the exception of illness or injury. • Assist in restroom cleanliness since it is of primary importance to the travelers whom we serve. • You must always ensure that the restroom cleanliness is always maintained to the highest standards.
Possible Cross-training DQStore to provide backup assistance as needed to best serve customers.
