Job Description
Job Summary:
This position is a part time position that performs a variety of cleaning and light maintenance duties in one or two rental property locations in Central Minnesota (Holdingford and St. Joseph). This position will be in charge of maintaining all public spaces including hallways, laundry room and other common areas of the apartment complexes, to employer standards.
Major Job Responsibilties:
+ Performs all basic cleaning duties in common areas of eight properties in Central Minnesota.
+ Performs an documents routine inspection and maintenance activities as assigned.
+ Maintains the grounds of the apartment buildings.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School degree is not required
Job Related Experience: Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
