As our D365 Analyst – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), you'll bridge the gap between people, processes, and technology to keep that heartbeat strong. You'll be the go‑to expert for Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management, helping teams optimize how products are received, stored, moved, and shipped. From configuring AWMS to supporting cutting‑edge warehouse technologies like RF devices, parcel systems, and pick‑to‑light, your work will directly shape efficiency across the operation. What You'll Do

As a D365 WMS Analyst, you'll transform warehouse operations by deploying technology that makes fulfillment faster, smarter, and more reliable. Your day-to-day will include:

• Successful implementation of business solutions using industry's best practices both in go live and post go lice support roles.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Analyze and map warehouse processes (Inbound, Put away, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns, Labor Management) ands ensure solution stability within the warehouse technologies.
• Understand cross-functional dependencies between WMS, TMS, and middleware layers that provide shipping notifications.
• Drive system configuration and setup within AWMS including UI configuration, pick strategies, wave configuration, and parcel manifesting.
• Develop and maintain functional design documentation supporting enhancements, system changes, and new rollouts.
• Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field to their ERP specialty.)
• Minimum 2 years hands-on D365 experience in Advanced Warehouse Management.
• Minimum 5 years' IT and/or related industry experience, particularly in areas of Supply Chain or Warehouse Management Systems configuration, support and implementation.
• Experience working in high volume distribution environment is a plus.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP models, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
• Strong industry experience within Supply Chain or materials Management.
• Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently to meet deadlines.
