  • Align IT workstreams with business PM and implementation partner plans
  • Baseline and track data migration, integration progress, environment readiness, and UAT/cutover plans

Core Responsibilities

Technical Program Ownership

Own end-to-end coordination of IT technical workstreams including data migration, integrations, environment and release management, infrastructure, and security. Ensure alignment with project milestones and sprint releases.

Develop and maintain a granular, task-level project plan. Manage dependencies, resource allocation, and critical path tracking. Maintain backlog and work items in tools such as Wrike or Azure DevOps.

Dependency & Integration Management

Manage cross-system and cross-team dependencies, coordinating across system integrators, internal IT teams, and business SMEs.

RAID & Risk Management

Own RAID logs, proactively identify risks, and escalate/blockers as needed.

Testing & Release Readiness

Ensure IT readiness for CRPs, UAT, cutover, and go-live. Coordinate defect management and environment readiness.

Reporting & Governance

Provide weekly executive reporting on sprint completion, data readiness, integration progress, UAT readiness, and go-live confidence. Run meetings, track actions, and ensure accountability.

Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the central coordination point for IT activities. Ensure all tasks are assigned, tracked, and documented.

Time Allocation

  • 30% Resource coordination & IT engagement
  • 25% Dependency management
  • 20% RAID management
  • 15% Testing readiness
  • 10% Status reporting

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Information technology, Business, or related field preferred

  • 8+ years IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading D365 implementations (CE, Field Service, and F&SCM preferred).
  • Experience in complex enterprise transformation programs is required.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of D365 modules, data migration, integration architecture, Azure DevOps, and environment management.

Success Criteria

  • Fully built and maintained technical project plan
  • Clear ownership across technical workstreams
  • Proactive risk and dependency management
  • Successful UAT and cutover readiness
  • Consistent executive visibility
