Kforce has a client in Lenexa, KS that is looking for a D365 Functional Analyst.

Summary: The D365 Functional Analyst will support and enhance a client's use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management formerly known as Finance and Operations (F&O). As a functional analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, configure, and optimize the system to align with business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations and driving improvements in the client's D365 F&SCM environment across various business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for D365 F&SCM
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business processes and objectives
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for D365 F&SCM, providing guidance and insights into system capabilities and best practices
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365 F&SCM features and integrations
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users fully understand and utilize D365 F&SCM functionalities
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support system customization and configuration
  • Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation and upgrades
  • Monitor system performance and address user concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
  • Utilize recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of D365 F&SCM functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugs
