Compensation Range: $85-100k bonus

Job Description:
Lead the strategic and functional implementation of Microsoft D365 for a retail-focused organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for upcoming D365 implementation

• Manage Microsoft upgrades and ensure optimal system functionality

• Serve as SME for D365 Finance & Operations, Commerce, and advanced warehousing

• Bridge communication and functionality between external MSP and internal teams

• Partner with the POS Manager to enhance system capabilities

• Oversee future D365 Admin and potentially contractors after onboarding

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3 years of experience with D365, ideally as a techno-functional lead

  • Strong understanding of D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce (POS)

  • Advanced warehousing and supply chain (DOM) experience

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with D365 CRM

  • Familiarity with store commerce modules

  • Retail industry experience
