Registered Behavioral Technician (CRBT) at The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center

Position Overview: As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals during crisis situations, implementing behavior strategies, and fostering a safe and structured environment focused on healing and skill-building. Location/Schedule: 750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend -7pm7am.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior support plans to encourage positive behavioral change. Model ABA-based intervention techniques for staff. Track and document behavioral data to measure progress and guide treatment.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or with individuals with IDD.
