    Job Title : Cyber Security Operations Associate Director

    **Role Overview:**

    - Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.

    - Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations.

    **(Overview):**

    - Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.

    **Role Responsibilities:**

    - Develops, modifies and executes security policies that involve operations(s) across the account.

    - Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet business requirements.

    - Analyzes, investigates and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports.

    - Manages and is accountable for the Security budget for the operations across a small geographic area.

    **Role Requirements:**

    - Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    - Graduate degree preferred.

    **Role Preferences:**

    - Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to complement the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets.

    - Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.

    **Typical Years of Experience:**

    - Typically requires 10 12 years relevant experience.

    - Includes 3 5 years managerial/leadership experience.

    **Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:**

    - Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

    - Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
