Cyber Action Officer

Position: Cyber Action Officer
Location: Alexandria VA (2 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 months contract to Hire 

Key Skills: 
Looking for a Cyber Action Officer to sit Hybrid 2x a week in Alexandria, VA.
This is a 6 month contract to hire, Must be able to obtain/maintain- Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
Looking for a junior-mid level candidate with excellent communication skills.

LCAT: 5yrs with a Bachelors Degree (in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar)

• Can supplement technical degree with additional 4 yrs of experience
• AS or no degree requires 9yrs total experience

Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in services for the Federal government or Federal advising within a professional work environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications.
• Knowledge of Joint instructions and manuals.
• Knowledge of policy around non-traditional IT Cybersecurity, including ICT-SCRM and C-SCRM. (nice to have)
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with executive or senior leadership.
• Experience as an Action Officer in a military or government setting.
