Job Summary:
As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage complex projects within the Customer Experience domain, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in achieving strategic goals and fostering innovation within the organization.

Experience: 7-11 yrs

Requirements:
PMP Certification or equivalent in Project Management.
Program Management, Knowledge of Quality Models, Organization Tools Knowledge, Customer Expectation Mgmt, Problem Solving & Decision Mkg, Conflict Resolution, Personal & Team Leadership, CX-Program Manager, CE-Project Management, Project Management

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of projects within the Customer Experience domain to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful delivery - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet project goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and enhance customer satisfaction - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project milestones are achieved - Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and drive innovation within the organization - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment with project objectives - Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline project execution and reporting - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project lifecycle - Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Support the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization - Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and contribute to the company s strategic goals.
