The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for carrying out assigned duties which support the Department's responsibilities for buying, selling, and leasing property, with a focus on managing transmission easements and other property rights for the company. The Real Estate Specialist will also address concerns and issues that arise from customer inquiries, PUCO complaints, and special projects.
