The Compensation Team at Louisiana Blue supports the organization and its leaders by providing strategic guidance on compensation decisions in a consultative manner and establishes parameters for leader decision making. We partner with leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, and all areas of HR to ensure we attract and retain top talent while maintaining equity, compliance, and affordability of our compensation programs.
