Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary: $83,000–$130,000/year
  • Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 24 months for qualified CVOR candidates)

Schedule: Full-Time | Days (Mon–Fri) | Open Heart Call Required

 

✅ Requirements:

  • Active RN License
  • 3+ years of Operating Room experience
  • Open Heart/CVOR experience required
  • BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide circulating nursing care for complex cardiovascular/open-heart surgeries
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary OR team
  • Ensure patient safety, maintain sterile technique, and deliver exceptional perioperative care
  • Participate in the Open Heart on-call rotation
