What You’ll Do

• Deliver bedside care to critically ill cardiac ICU patients
• Monitor patient statuses using tele, vents, Swan-Ganz, and other advanced equipment
• Administer IVs, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Document patient data accurately in EPIC electronic health record system
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Manage patient ratios typically 1:1 or 1:2

What You Need

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably Cardiac ICU
• Proficiency with IV starts, Tele monitoring, Vents, Swan-Ganz, and EPIC system
• Previous travel or agency experience preferred
