Job Summary T he CVI Technology Solutions Manager provides expert technical guidance and support to Customer Value Optimization (CVI) programs and projects. This role ensures initiatives meet strategic energy goals, technical quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days per week. Key Responsibilities Perf orm technical review and analysis of initiatives to meet customer needs. Review Client and customer agreements related to CVI initiatives. Ensure project results meet goals for technical quality, reliability, and intended improvement impacts. Monitor project performance and recommend adjustments to maintain improvement results. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to identify initiative improvements. Provide accurate information to customer account managers for effective communication. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project completion. Create and design reporting using systems such as SAP, ARM (WMIS), and Service Suite. Analyze initiative data to determine if goals and targets are met. Develop and implement program adjustments for underperforming initiatives. Provide technical assistance and engineering recommendations to managers and project owners. Research new technologies, methods, and equipment to meet customer needs. Manage and execute technical contracts for customer initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, training, and regulatory standards. Develop and update initiative tracking reports. Perform other project and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications Subject Matter Expert experience in customer service, energy/utility engineering and construction, energy initiatives, or program management. Advanced knowledge of Client electrical systems. Experience presenting to groups and engaging with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency in reporting software such as Tableau, including dashboard development. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience writing and managing large contracts. Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university, or extensive engineering design experience. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Professional certifications such as PE, CFA, PMP, Six Sigma/LEAN, or related credentials. Advanced degree in a business or technical field (MBA, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.). Certifications (if any) Professional certifications (PE, CFA, PMP, Six Sigma/LEAN) preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional
