We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) supervisor with technical expertise in cutting, RF, or hot air welding within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include supervising daily welding operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, interpreting technical drawings, scheduling work, training staff, performing quality inspections, managing inventory, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows.
Requirements include proven supervisory experience in welding and cutting, strong knowledge of welding processes, ability to read technical specifications, leadership skills, safety focus, and effective communication. Welding certifications and familiarity with manufacturing software are a plus. Experience with Lean Manufacturing is advantageous.
