Summary: The purpose of this role is to perform Customs business activities. The Customs Specialist is responsible for transactions with U.S. Customs (CBP) concerning the entry and admissibility ofmerchandise. This includes conducting effective research, communicating with the client and/or CBP, managing Customs entries, monitoring clearance, and recordkeeping.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customs brokerage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, processes, and documentation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in customs declarations and record-keeping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with ACE Secure Data Portal
Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy: Proficient in using customs management software and systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Expected base pay range: $22.50 – $30.50 Hourly.
