Description

Our client, a global medical technology and healthcare solutions leader, is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Training Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care & Quality Operations Department supporting Customer Care Associates, Supervisors, and Operational Leadership Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a passion for coaching and employee development, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Training Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $19.00/hour
One year contract

What's the Job?

  • Deliver training programs for Customer Care associates handling phone, chat, and email customer interactions.
  • Develop and facilitate entry-level and advanced training using the ADDIE instructional design methodology.
  • Analyze quality and performance data to identify training opportunities and create targeted coaching plans.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management resources, training materials, job aids, and operational tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.

What's Needed?

  • Experience delivering employee training, coaching, onboarding, or learning and development programs.
  • Background in customer service, customer care, contact center, or quality assurance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and quality metrics.
  • Experience creating training materials, job aids, SOPs, or knowledge management documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach others.
