Pay: $18 – $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Hollywood, CA
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are currently hiring a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, process orders, and resolve issues across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Process customer orders and update account information
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer records in the database
• Process account adjustments and support billing inquiries
• Track customer interactions and prepare daily reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable working across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
• Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus
