This role involves responding to inquiries, supporting tenants and clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication within the organization. This is a fully remote position with no on-site work required, ideal for individuals who are responsive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced communication-based role. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to tenant and client inquiries via email and messaging platforms • Assist with maintenance requests and follow-ups • Provide updates regarding property-related concerns • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Support general administrative and communication tasks Requirements: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, online tools) • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Professional and friendly communication style • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 0–2 years of customer service, administrative support, or client-facing experience preferred • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information • Comfortable learning new systems and following structured workflows This is a remote position.
