Order Processing & Customer Service Representative Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Hours: M-Thurs 8am-5pm, Friday, 8am-2:30p
Compensation: $18-$22/hr depending on experience
 

The Role:
Responsible for receiving and processing parts orders, maintaining organized records, and delivering customer communication regarding order status, pricing, and potential delays. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this position involves light warehouse duties, including pulling and packing small parts for shipment and preparing documentation for export orders.




What you will do:

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and other electronic platforms.
  • Enter customer and product information into internal systems and databases.
  • Review and verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, pricing updates, and delays.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documentation required for export shipments.
  • Pull, pack, and prepare small parts for outbound orders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
What you will bring:
  • 1+ years of order processing and customer service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting and
