• Receive and process orders from contracted selling partners and sales teams
• Accurately input orders into internal systems and track them through completion
• Act as a liaison between selling partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfilment
• Manage a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and partner support
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate order records
• Effectively multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
The contractor will be responsible for managing and processing orders submitted by contracted selling partners. This role supports the full order lifecycle—from order receipt through completion—while acting as a key liaison between authorized selling partners and internal teams.
