Customer Support Representative II – Johnston, IA
We're hiring Customer Support Representatives to join a leading equipment and technology organization in Johnston, Iowa. This is a great opportunity for individuals with customer service experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
$18.78/hour
12-Month Contract
$1,000 Retention Bonus at 6 Months
Additional $1,000 Completion Bonus
Fully Onsite – Johnston, IA

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and document all interactions.
- Assist customers with product questions, warranty information, parts inquiries, and loyalty programs.
- Research solutions and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Process customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in company systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service or customer support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to research information and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within business support hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture, turf equipment, utility vehicles, or dealership environments.
- Experience in technical support, call center, or contact center settings.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Agriculture, IT, or a related field.
Schedule
Training is conducted on a daytime schedule and includes classroom and on-the-job training. Candidates must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift during support hours, which may include occasional overtime, holidays, and Saturdays based on business needs.
