Required:
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Prior Call Center experience highly preferred
• Must live within commuting distance of Warwick, RI
• Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
Important Training Information:
• Mandatory onsite training for initial 4 weeks plus 2 weeks nesting
• No planned time off permitted during training period
• Must be flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer inquiries related to policies, claims, and account information
• Navigate multiple systems while providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Accurately document and process customer requests
