Investigating, documenting and resolving customer reported issues effectively and efficiently
Understanding and articulating the impact of various DrCloudEHR functionality options
Providing accurate and timely logging of problems and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Escalating issues as appropriate following company procedures
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal staff to assure accurate problem interpretation; maintain communications with customers during the resolution process.
Facilitating User Group/Community Meetings

Job Description
Working at EnSoftek office in Beaverton, EHR Technical Support Representative will be responsible for front line interaction with our customers, satisfactorily troubleshooting and resolving incoming HER-related support issues. As a member of the Customer Support team, this representative works in conjunction with the team to provide its customers with technical support over the phone, e-Mail and in person.
