Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or financial operations roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
