We’re hiring a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Kansas City. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable speaking with customers, handling day-to-day support tasks, and working in a busy but supportive environment.
You’ll be helping customers with general questions, resolving basic issues, processing information, and making sure people get a quick and professional response. Some days are fast-paced, especially during busy periods, so we’re looking for someone who can stay organised and communicate well under pressure.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assisting customers with orders, account questions, and general support
Updating customer records and internal systems accurately
Escalating more complex issues to the relevant department
Working closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly
Handling admin tasks related to customer accounts and support requests
Maintaining a professional and friendly approach with customers at all times
What We’re Looking For
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Comfortable speaking with customers and handling enquiries
Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
Someone reliable, organised, and able to multitask
Previous customer service, call centre, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
