Position Overview

Ardent Contracting is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Customer Support & Financial Operations Specialist to support daily administrative coordination, customer communication, and operational reporting activities.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, professionalism, organizational ability, and the capability to work effectively within a structured remote environment.

Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and client inquiries professionally via email and Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with administrative coordination and internal operational support
  • Support invoice tracking, account documentation, and payment record organization
  • Maintain accurate digital records and internal reporting logs
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding scheduling and operational updates
  • Assist with customer service and account support activities
  • Organize and manage confidential business documentation
  • Support general remote office and administrative functions
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all communications
