This role bridges operational tasks with commercial objectives, ensuring exceptional customer experience while supporting business expansion.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily activities of multiple Customer Success SpecialistsPrioritize team tasks, troubleshoot escalations, and enforce service standardsTrack KPIs for order entry accuracy, response time, and customer engagementCollaborate with Sales Leadership on product expansion strategy and account prioritizationDrive improvements in onboarding, communication, and operational SOPsTrain and onboard new hires into processes, tools, and customer service standardsFollows established sales operating procedures and best practicesPerforms all other related duties as assigned by managementKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCustomer centric + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with potential customers via phone and emailStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferredIn-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry: pharmaceutical products, compounding, and product offeringsHigh intellectual curiosity and integrityAccurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminologyHigh organizational skills, multitasker, prioritize and manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and possess high level of accuracyMust be a self-starter and results-drivenHigh adaptability in an environment with significant changeWillingness to work collaboratively and ability to demonstrate effective teamworkSensitivity to confidential documents and informationQUALIFICATIONS3–5 years in a supervisory role within customer service, inside sales, or account managementStrong understanding of order entry, pharmacy workflows, or healthcare logisticsAbility to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentSalesforce and reporting/dashboard experience requiredExcellent leadership and customer communication skillsAssociate's Degree preferred but not necessary.Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) preferredGenuine interest in pharmaceutical productsProficiency in Microsoft Office plus in written and verbal communicationsMust be able to maintain above average attendance and punctualityEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :High School Diploma/GEDAssociate's Degree preferred but not necessary.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
